The San Luis Valley Weed Management Association operates as an independent 501©3 not-for-profit organization providing partnership coordination and funding to manage noxious weeds. While the SLVWMA does not own any weed spraying equipment, vehicles, or chemicals, we use our expertise and partnerships to leverage funds to reimburse our partners, who either employ their own licensed applicators or contract with licensed contractors. Many of our partners hold private or commercial applicator permits and have their own equipment.
